DICL Practice Group – Newsletter 3

In the last year, the Pangea Practice Group for Data, Information and Cyber Law dedicated the first newsletter to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the second one dealt with the topic of Advertising Technology and its legal regulation as it is evergreen amidst the questions we hear every day, no matter the country. We will continue this scheme this year by introducing our potential clients to GDPR enforcement in our jurisdictions and block chain technology and its implications in the second half of this year.

We are be gathering once again, this time in Washington DC, hosted by our friends and colleagues from Whiteford. And let me tell you, I’m buzzing with excitement, having visited the venues in March together with my fellow board members. It’s fantastic to see so many of you have made the effort to be there, particularly our colleagues from our newest member firms Kvale from Norway and Dias Carneiro from Brazil. These firms are strong and wonderful additions to our network, and I truly believe they’ll play a vital role in writing the next chapter of our success story.
