Pangea Net 2022 Annual General Meeting is ON !

A warm welcome to all our delegates flying in from all over the world to attend the AGM in Poznan, Poland. And a big thank you to our hosts Babiaczyk Skrocki i Wspólnicy, Miroslaw Babiaczyk and Maciej Olejniczak and their team!

Our AGMS are about our independent law firms from 28 jurisdictions gathering for 3 days to:

catch up on the latest legal news of the world,
explore new ways to serve clients,
celebrate the ever increasing number of referrals created within the network,
share best practices
discuss new management perspectives.
And of course, having a great time while doing so!

Commercial Practice Group Meeting, Milan, Italy

Milan, 22–23 October 2026

The Pangea Net Commercial Practice Group will meet in Milan on 22–23 October 2026, hosted by Portolano Cavallo.

The programme combines professional discussions with opportunities to spend time together and explore Milan. Sessions will cover recent developments relating to Article 102, negotiation strategies and contract templates, and challenging clauses in cross-border IT services agreements. Speakers include Manuel Kellerbauer of the European Commission, Matteo Capponi of DocPlanner and Chiara Turco of NTT DATA. Some panel titles remain subject to confirmation.

The meeting will begin on Thursday afternoon with a guided city walk, followed by a welcome dinner at Da Berti restaurant. Friday’s professional sessions will take place at Portolano Cavallo’s offices, with lunch at Flowrestaurant.

Accommodation

The rate is €309 per night for single occupancy or €339 for double occupancy, including breakfast and VAT. A tourist tax of €10 per person per night applies separately. Additional nights or special requests can be arranged directly with the hotel.

Pangea Net is bringing its network together in Copenhagen during the IBA Annual Conference 2026.

Join fellow Pangea members, colleagues and friends of the network for an informal Pangea@IBA Meet & Greet at Ølhaven. An opportunity to step away from the busy conference programme, catch up with familiar faces and make new connections in a relaxed setting.

Expect great conversations, craft beer from Danish microbreweries and delicious pizza – because some of the best connections are made outside the meeting room.

Employment Practice Group Meeting, Oslo Norway

Oslo, October 22–23, 2026

The next Pangea Net Employment Practice Group Meeting will take place in Oslo on 22–23 October 2026, hosted by our Norwegian member firm Kvale.

Colleagues from across the network are invited to join two days of exchange, discussion and networking focused on employment law. As with previous Practice Group meetings, the programme will combine substantive professional discussions with plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow Pangea members in an informal setting.

The meeting will begin on Thursday evening with a get-together followed by dinner. On Friday, participants will come together for the main meeting programme, with an optional dinner in the evening for those staying in Oslo until Saturday.

Partners and associates from Pangea member firms with an interest in employment law are warmly encouraged to attend.
