Founded in 1993, Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy is a Polish full-service firm engaged in multiple areas of law across multiple countries.

From the very beginning our principal objective was to provide professional, efficient and effective legal solutions for large and medium-sized companies. We have been in practice for 25 years, assisting hundreds of clients with their commercial, corporate and litigation needs, which helped us expand our knowledge base and our capabilities to grow, but also, just like the Law, we have been changing and evolving. However, the core values remain unchanged, as overseen by the founders and Senior Partners of BSiW: dr Mirosław Babiaczyk and Dariusz Skrocki, supported by a steadily-growing team of lawyers with a wide range of expertise. Currently we have approximately 20 lawyers on board and as the consequence we are ranked in Top100 law firms in Poland in terms of size and in Top50 in terms of revenue.
