Pangea-Net delivers an integrated international legal service based on strong associations between network members. People feel most comfortable when working with people who they know well and law firms are no exception.

The close relationships that exist between our member firms have been forged over time, and we maintain and strengthen those relationships through a number of global initiatives including:

• working together in cross-border working groups
• training on a multi-jurisdictional basis
• meeting at events, seminars, and the Pangea-Net annual conference
• engaging in an extensive overseas secondment programme

We are particularly proud of the Pangea-Net Secondment Programme which is an important part of our international strategy. The programme offers our lawyers the opportunity to spend time working with, and getting to know, other Pangea-Net law firms. We feel these secondments lead to lasting professional relationships between Pangea-Net lawyers and closer ties between the firms involved.

For the network, the secondments help us work as one team, regardless of international borders. For the lawyers involved they provide a great opportunity experience different markets and legal systems early on in their careers.
