Having become, on the 31st December 2008, fully independent, both financially and professionally, Law Firm Dr. Zsuzsa Oroszlán is the first Hungarian law firm - operating in its base country as well as on the international scene - specialised mainly in public and private insurance law, insurance-related damage assessments and claim-settlements, as well as in the field of liability law.
The law firm, at first on its own, and later in cooperation with significant German, British and American law firms, has had the opportunity to expand its areas of competence to the domains of law of economics, law of bank-, and private funds (voluntary and mutual pensions and health funds), law of securities, law of competition, labour law, and in real estate law.
Besides continuously representing various international investors, as well as their newly-established daughter-companies, and providing them with counsel on matters of company-foundations in Hungary, M&A affairs, Law Firm Dr. Zsuzsa Oroszlán has lately founded nine - out of twenty-eight - Hungarian insurance companies, and has participated in the establishment of Hungarian branches of EU-registered insurance corporations too.

We take cases in English, German, French and Hungarian languages. In order to ensure a gradual, market-oriented growth and expansion of our law firm, we currently operate with one partner, one part-time employee lawyer and a legal clerk.
