Ueltzhöffer Balada

After having gained experience over many years in international law firms, Andreas Ueltzhöffer and Jan Balada founded at the beginning of the year 2006 the law firm Ueltzhöffer Balada in Prague. Today over 20 lawyers advise highly demanding clients, mostly medium and large enterprises in almost all fields of business law. Mainly in the fields of real estate law and the law of renewable energies the young law firm counts already to the leading law firms in the Czech Republic. The fields of general contractual law, corporate, M&A, investment subsidies, green- and brown field investments, IT, banking and finance as well as labor law and the representation of clients in front of national and international courts and arbitration courts, play an important role in the daily work of the firm.

All lawyers speak several languages. We give advice in Czech, German, English, Spanish, French, Russian and Italian. Ueltzhöffer Balada is since the beginning of its existence a PANGEA NET member and represents this network exclusively in the Czech Republic.
