PANGEA NET is an international network of independent law firms founded in 2009. In the jurisdictions covered by PANGEA NET its members are medium and medium-large size commercial law firms with an international focus. The member firms provide a broad range of commercial legal services which include corporate, foreign investment, M&A, banking, tax, anti-trust, international transactions, intellectual property, labour and employment, construction, real estate, environmental and zoning, public procurement, international litigation and arbitration.

PANGEA NET stands out for its close and personal contact between its members. The founding members have done business with each other for many years prior to creating PANGEA NET. The members believe that their clients' needs may be served best through a cooperation amongst high quality firms in a trusted environment with people who know each other and the outstanding services their firms provide well. This approach shared by all members guarantees that each member can provide international legal services efficiently and expeditiously.

PANGEA NET also stands out for its focus on medium and medium-large clients and the network's members all share these clients' attribute. The network members understand the special needs of medium to medium-large clients, their position in global markets and their justified demands with regard to efficiency exercised by and practicability of solutions presented by legal counsel.

All of the members of PANGEA NET come together for an annual conference once a year and are directed by an Executive Committee. Apart from the annual conference members meet for various occasions ranging from events organised by a member in its country through business meetings with clients.
